It's part of the leraning process that every individual has to go through in life. Some mistakes will be minor, some will be big mistakes. The healing process from making a mistake can be long painstaking process. However, if we do not heal from those misatakes we will forever be burdened with guilt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first step in healing from the consequences of a mistake is to admit that a mistake has been made. Many people who make mistakes will not admit that they made the mistake. They will continue denying they made a mistake whic would eventully drive away the people colose to them. Admit to making a mistake and part of the burden is gone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second step in the healing process is to learn from the mistakes. We have to learn what we did wrong or we are bound to repeat the same mistake again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The third step is to move on. Once we have acknowledged the mistake and learned from it, it is time to move on. Do not dwell on the mistake. Avoid repeating the mistake.
